Attacking midfielder Usama commits future to Kajjansi United

Midfielder Arafat Usama has committed his future at Buganda regional league side Kajjansi United.

He has signed an employment contract of two years with “The Potters”

The attacking midfielder who had set backs last season due to injuries vows to double his performance in guiding his side to FUFA Big League and a better finish in the Stanbic Uganda Cup,

At times I take the blame, I missed many games due to the injury you never know what I give on pitch could have greatly helped the club top the group hence taking parting the promotional play offs which could see us in the FUFA Big League season.”

“I am fully fit and ready to play, I have managed to overcome the injury next season the fans should expect alot from us a better finish in the Uganda Cup is one of my major targets.”He added.

Usama is a brother to Uganda Cranes custodian Ismail Watenga and played a vital role in helping Kajjansi United make it to the Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 16 where they eliminated Uganda Premier League champions Vipers SC who seemed to be favorites.

At Kajjansi United he joins new recruits goalkeeper Jackson Kigozi and defender Ivan Kakumba who reunited with the Moses Ssenyonga coached side.
