During the post match conference, the Basena said that his side should have won the game but they were not clinical and failed to burry the chances that they created.

“It’s a point gained against a strong and competitive side in URA FC and once you manage to get such a result off them it’s great.

” I believe we should have won the game just that we didn’t burry our chances and in such games you need to be clinical with the chances you create. Our major problem is we don’t know the source of goals but we are on a process of rebuilding.”

Basena also believes his side lacks an impact player but remains hopeful that the bitter start will soon come to an end basing on the general display of his charges

“We lack an impact player, one who can come off the bench and change the game. I can’t blame my players since some are still young from Masaza cup tournament and with time they will improve.”

” I have hope in the team because we can string around seven passes and also create chances and with time we shall start to pick great results.” Added Basena.

The record champions remain winless after 5 games and are a sinking ship that needs a captain to guide them to the shores. They will next travel to Kavumba recreation grounds to face off with Mbarara City on Saturday 3rd November.
