Express FC head coach Bbosa has revealed that his team paid an extra attention to detail as regards preparation for the return leg against URA in the Uganda cup.
They managed to hold URA to a goalless stalemate at Ndejje to edge them 2-1 on aggregate thanks to the victory in the first leg on Saturday.
Prior to this match, Express had beaten URA 3 times and needed only to avoid defeat this time to progress to the quarter finals.

” What is most important in football is preparation, we knew we had to either win or draw courtesy of our first leg win. Thankfully we have managed to hold them and here were are, in the quarter finals.
Bbosa told the club media immediately after the match .
“We play and fight as a team, that’s why we have managed to soldier on and achieved our target despite the bad state of the pitch” .

After the triumph against URA in the cup, Express will now focus on chasing them down in the league with the tax collectors leading the table by 47 points, 4 above Express who are in 3rd place.
The Red Eagles will host Police FC at Wankulukuku on Saturday 8th in their next league match
