Blacks Power and Maroons on course for promotion after impressive victories

Maroons FC, Blacks Power and Kitara FC registered important victories on match day 12 of the FUFA Big League and inch closer to progression.

Blacks Power rallied from a goal down to register a 2-1 victory against relegation threatened MYDA FC at King George IV Memorial Stadium Tororo.

Micheal Siwu bagged a brace for Blacks Power while MYDA FC’s goal was scored by Geoffrey Sserunkuma.

At Luzira Prisons grounds, Maroons FC piled more misery on another relegation threatened side Proline with a 1-0 victory.

Solomon Walusimbi was the goal scorer for the Prison Warders.

Richard Makumbi’s Kitara FC bounced back to winning ways with a 2-1 win victory against David Mutono’s Kyetume FC.

Henry Orom first scored for Kyetume FC before
Richard Enjama and Zakayo Kizito scoring for Kitara FC.

Ndejje University suffered their fourth loss of the season at the hands of Calvary FC with a 2-0 defeat at Greenlight Stadium in Arua.

It was Norman Brown and Dickens Kilama on target for the Arua based side
