Godfrey Lubega clinched the 2022 Mr Uganda Body Building championship on Saturday at MT Zion Hotel Parking in Kampala.
The event was organized by the Uganda Bodybuilding and Fitness Association.
It attracted over 50 Bodybuilders who competed in the weight categories such as Light Weight, Welterweight, Super Welterweight, Bantam, Middleweight, Lightheavy and Heavyweight.
Experts based in the United States of America Travone Edwards and Teimosa Martin were the judges at the exciting event.

Lubega dethroned John Kariitwa to walk away with an appreciation token of Shs2m and a trophy.
The event was attended by the Uganda Sports Press Association President elect Al Sayeed Lubega.
Meanwhile, Najjuma Zulaika from Central region won the women’s Physique category.

All the winners were rewarded with trophies, certificates and medals.
