Bulemezi’s Mugerwa vows to deliver the holy grail.

After guiding Bulemezi to their third final of the Masaza tournament, head coach Simon Peter Mugerwa believes Bulemezi has all it takes to win this year’s championship.

Mugerwa who also guided Buddu to the finals last year believes that his team are battle hardened enough to conquer any challenges that will be posed by Busiro.



It has not been an easy task for us but we have worked together and tirelessly up to this level.”

“Now that we are through to the finals and we know our opponent well, we are going to train harder so that we can emerge victorious this year”.

He focuses on playing more friendly matches with the teams he thinks plays the same with Busiro,

” We know the playing style of our opponents and I believe if we play more friendly matches with teams that have a similar style, it will give us a sharper edge”.

2012 champions Bulemezi will play their finals for the third time having played in 2011 and 2012.

Bulemezi edged Kyadondo 2-1 on aggregate in a two legged semi final and will be facing Busiro who edged Buddu 3-1 on aggregate on 26th October at Mandela National Stadium Namboole.
