Buwekula organize second fundraiser ahead of 2021 Masaza Cup Final against Buddu

Buwekula will aiming for their first ever Masaza Cup triumph when they face off with 2016 Champions Buddu in the final on 5th, March at the St.Mary’s Stadium in Kitende.

The management of Buwekula Ssaza team has organized a second fundraiser dinner at SS Hotel Makerere on Friday, 4th February.

Buwekula fundraising dinner scheduled for tomorrow

The first fundraising dinner was held on Saturday, 29th January 2022 at Nakayima Hotel in Mubende.

Joseph Kyambadde the Technical director has called upon everyone from Buwekula county to come at the dinner as they look for financial resources to help the team prepare for the final

“I call upon everyone from Buwekula to come and attend the second fundraising dinner. The major purpose of the event is to raise funds which will be used by the team as we prepare to face Buddu in the final.”

We held a successful fundraising dinner in Mubende last weekend but still we need more support as we aim to win our first ever Masaza Cup trophy.”

Kyambadde also says that the team has always been training

“The team has always been training and our players are in good conditions. We are only targeting the trophy this time, so we need everyone’s support.”

Said Kyambadde.

Buwekula will be playing their second Masaza Cup final, they lost to Bulemeezi 1-0 when they last contested in the final in 2012.

His Majesty Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II will preside over the Final at Kitende.
