Buwekula to play two buildup games ahead of 2021 Masaza Cup final


Buwekula have prepared two buildup games ahead of the 2021 Masaza Cup final due next month.

Buwekula will lock horns with Buddu in the final on the 5th of March at the St.Mary’s Stadium in Kitende.

Under the stewardship of Frank Mulindwa, Buwekula will play two buildup games against Buganda Region league side Kiyinda Boys and Bulemeezi.

Buwekula will play Kiyinda Boys on Wednesday, 23rd at Kasenyi Playground and after they will take on Bulemeezi on 27th February.

Buwekula advanced to the final of the prestigious competition after eliminating three time competition winners Mawokota 5-3 on penalties following a 1-1 stalemate in normal time in the semifinal.

They last contested in the Masaza Cup final during the 2012 edition, losing 1-0 to Bulemeezi.

His Majesty Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II will preside over the prestigious competition’s final.
