Pyramids FC and Hassania Agadir registered emphatic away victories as the CAF Confederation Cup quarterfinals took center stage on Sunday.
Pyramids defeated Sensational Zanaco 3-0 in Zambia at the National Heroes Stadium, Lusaka thanks to goals from Ali Gabr, Mohamed Farouk and Abdallah Said’s penalty.
Ugandan winger Abdu Lumala didn’t feature for the Egyptian side despite traveling with the team to Lusaka.

Hassania Agadir of Morocco thumped Libya’s Al Nasr Benghazi 5-0 at Petro Stadium in Egypt.
Elsewhere, Ugandan goalkeeper Robert Odongkara was an unused substitute as Horoya salvaged a 1-1 draw at Enyimba in Nigeria.
Al Masry and RS Berkane shared spoils in a four goal thriller at the New Suez in Egypt.
