Gaddafi FC stunned BUL FC with a 2-1 victory at the Gaddafi Arena on Wednesday.

They came into this game with four defeats and one win in the previous five games that they had played before.

The visitors had a brilliant start and were awarded a penalty in the 5th minute after Nicholas Mwere had been fouled in the forbidden area.

Joel Madondo stepped up and missed from the spot.

Six minutes later, the home side opened the scoring through Mulimi before Bithum doubled their advantage at the half hour mark.

Gerald Ogweti pulled one back for the visitors in the 58th minute but it was not enough to inspire a comeback.

Victory sees Gaddafi move out of relegation and are now 12th with 16 points while BUL FC stay top with 32 points and five above second placed Vipers SC who thumped NEC 4-1.
