Express Football Club have signed winger Isaac Mweru Doka on a two year deal Swift Sports understands.
Mweru Doka put pen to paper on a contract that will keep him at Wankulukuku until 2021 unless otherwise.

The exciting winger who can also ably play as an offensive midfielder, was playing for Eastern Regional League club Admin FC last season.
Before joining Admin FC, Mweru Doka featured for Lugazi Friends Football Club but has also been turning up for Sebei Province in the FUFA Drum tournament.
The former Kibuli SS winger becomes the latest signing for the six time league champions.

Express have already captured winger Daniel Shabena, former Bright Stars defender Martin Kizza, youngster Peter Mutebi and Edrisa Kaye as some of the high profile signings so far.
Other new faces at the Wankulukuku outfit include lanky center back Muhammad Yiga, Amdan Nsubuga, Andrew Kiwanuka among others.
Express under the tutelage of George Ssimwogerere and James Magala finished 10th on the UPL log with 40 points garnered from 30 games.
