After sitting out two match weeks, Express FC finally returned to the arena with a duel against struggling side Wakiso Giants.
The Red Eagles were suffering consequences of their fans’ assault on referee Fahad Sekayuba where match officials under their body chose not to play any part in any matches involving Express FC.
Early this, the stand off was resolved and one of the postponed matches was scheduled to be played on this evening at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium in Wakiso.
No nonsense referee Mashood Ssali was tasked to take charge of the encounter.

The Wakiso based were looking for their only second win of the season after managing to achieve the feat against UPDF FC, who had caused problems for Express FC.
The visitors showed early intentions of drawing first blood but chances that fell to Marvin Oshaba and Faisal Waigona were put to waste.
The enterprising Alpha Ssali troubled Wakiso Giants but he ran shot of gas and was replaced a few minutes into the second period.
Wakiso Giants also had their share of opportunities but their lack of a proven target man proved costly as most of their opportunities perished in this air.
The earned point keeps Express FC in 5th position on the log and 6 adrift of leaders BUL FC albeit a game in hand.
They are expected to return to action on November 25th against Maroons at Luzira.
Wakiso Giants remain in the drop zone having managed to only collect 5 points.
They will hope to redeem themselves on 25th November against in form newcomers NEC FC at Lugogo.
