Express Football Club has officially unveiled midfielder Faisal Ssekyanzi as their 12th signing of the current transfer window.
Ssekyanzi came through Express FC Junior Team where he featured during the 2015/16 Junior League has put pen to paper on a three year employment contract with the Wankulukuku based side.
“Joining Express FC is a huge milestone but what’s more important is playing for the badge, I hope to build on what is achieved last season.” He revealed to the club website.
He joins the six time Uganda Premier League Champions from Big League side Tooro United. Last season, he registered five assists and one goal for the Tooro outfit.

Ssekyanzi joins Cryspus Kusiima, Denis Otim Richard Bbosa, midfielders Abel Eturude, Baker Sakah, Isaac Nsengiyunva, Yaya Mahad Kakooza, John Byamukama, Godfrey Lwesibawa, Kiragga Mustafa, Charles Musiige who are the other new recruits at the club.
Express finished in ninth place with 31 points in 25 games when the 2019/20 UPL season was abruptly ended due to coronavirus pandemic outbreak.
