The semifinal draw of the Stanbic Uganda Cup has been conducted on Monday 9th-August at FUFA House Mengo.
BUL FC, Vipers SC, Express FC and Police FC were the four teams in the draw.
The draw was conducted by Fred Tamale a three time winner of the same trophy with Express FC in 1994, 1995 and 1997.

Games will be played from 19th August to 31st. The finals were slated to be held in Kitara Masindi but due to current situation whereby fans are banned in Stadiums a new venue will be confirmed by FUFA.
Police FC play Vipers SC while BUL FC will face off with joint record champions Express FC.
Express eliminated KCCA on away goals rule, Vipers beat Villa 3-1 on aggregate while Police edged Wakiso Giants.

The defending champions Proline FC were eliminated by BUL on the quarter finals.
Proline edged Soltilo Bright Stars 5-4 on spot kicks following a one all draw in to emerge victor at Masaka Recreation Grounds in 2019.
