St.Noa are East African champions in the girls’ football category after their triumph on Friday.
The Zzana based side beat Kenyan side Wiyeta 2-1 in the final on Friday morning in Arusha, Tanzania.
Kabene Sylvia and Erica Kanyamuneza scored St.Noa’s two goals in the final.
At the semifinal stage, the national champions beat Kawempe Muslim 2-1 on Friday to cruise to the final.

Kawempe Muslim won the 2019 edition when they beat fellow Ugandan side Mukono High School in the final.
Following their triumph, St.Noa become the only the second Ugandan side after Kawempe Muslim to win the regional championship.
It has been a successful year for Jimmy Mukubya coached after their national triumph in Gulu.

Meanwhile, St.Noa were dethroned by arch rivals St.Mary’s Kitende in the 5*5 Basketball final 75-69. They also lost the Netball Final to Kitende as well
