Former Sofapaka striker Brian Kayanja has completed his move to new Uganda Premier League side UPDF FC.

Kayanja joins the army side as a free agent after he parted ways with Kenya Premier League side Sofapaka FC in August citing a breach in contract. He has put pen to paper on a one year employment contract with UPDF FC.

UPDF FC beat KCCA FC, URA FC and Rwanda’s Rayon Sports for Kayanja’s signature.

Before he joined Sofapaka, Kayanja had previously featured for Busiro Saza Team in the prestigious Masaza Cup and UPL side Bright Stars.
