The organisers of the Fortebet Real Stars awards have named the winners of the month of December from seven sports disciplines.
Kitara FC forward Patrick Henry Kaddu has been named the best footballer of the month of December.
Kaddu put up astonishing performances for Kitara during the month of December and beat Milton Karisa (Vipers SC) and Edison Agondeze to the football gong.

Fadilah Shamika Mohammed clinched the Badminton gong for her performances in the 2022 Africa Junior Badminton championship.

She beat Abed Musa Bukenya and Tracy Naluwooza to the gong.
In Cricket Frank Nsubuga won the December gong part of the Uganda after he put up great displays for the Cricket Cranes during their Tri-Nation T-20 tournament triumph in Kigali, Rwanda.

At the tournament in Kigali, he was named as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) accolade.

He had 88 runs in 7 innings, 17 wickets in 40 overs with a limit of 172 runs behind highest holder Henry Ssenyondo with 18 wickets.
Nsubuga beat teammate Simon Ssesaazi and Cricket Lady Cranes’ Janet Mbabazi to the accolade.
Namulumba Christine beat Kadondi Faridah and Barbara Namukaaya to the Netball gong.
