Masindi Municipal Stadium in Kitara region will be the venue to host the final of the 47th edition of the Stanbic Uganda Cup.
It was in a document released by FUFA on what transpired in the 24th FUFA Executive meeting that was held in April chaired by Moses Magogo the FUFA President at FUFA house in Mengo.
Unlike other years, this year it was only Uganda Premier League and FUFA Big League teams that were eligible to play in the tournament.

The tournament is on the round of 16 and Vipers is the only team that has already progressed to the quarter finals after eliminating UPDF 4-2 on aggregate.
Proline are the defending champions the eliminated Soltilo Bright Stars 5-3 in spot kicks following a one all stalemate at Masaka Recreation grounds.
The winner of Uganda Cup represents Uganda in the CAF Confederation Cup.
