The Uganda Football governing body FUFA has unveiled beverage company Nivana water as their new sponsors in a partnership that will last for the next three years.
“Nivana water Uganda has provided 500M for three years in the official partnership with FUFA. This comes in cash and in kind.”
Reads a statement on FUFA’S official media platforms.
Nivana water will therefore, be the official drinking used by the Uganda Football National Teams for the next three years.

Timothy Luzinda the Head of Marketing of crown Beverages Limited expressed joy for the deal to have happened.
He said;
“We are previleged and honored to be part and parcel of the football journey. We have been partners with FUFA especially in Beach Soccer and other events such as the General Assembly and the FUFA Awards. “

Nivana water is a product of Crown Beverages Limited which also manufactures Pepsi Cola products. They are the main sponsors of the Beach Soccer League.
On his side the FUFA boss Engineer Moses Magogo equally expressed delight and called upon more brands to come on board and partner with the Mengo based Federation.
He said;
” We are working as FUFA to attract sponsors for football. There is still space for others to come on board.”
Airtel is the official sponsor of The Uganda Cranes as well as other partners BidcoUganda Limited (BUL), Nile Special, 102.1 FUFA FM, Eco Bank Uganda Limited and National Insurance Company.

FUFA also have competition partners in StarTimes Uganda, Pilsner, Stanbic Bank and Plascon.
