Gaddafi’s Wamboya commends players for fighting spirit against Arua Hill

Gaddafi FC rallied from a goal down to settled for a one all draw at the Barifa Stadium in Arua City.

Defender Bright Vuni scored for Arua Hill SC in the 37th minute but the visiting side scored a late equalizer through dreadlocked defender Jamaldin Buchochera.

Buchochera’s goal was his fourth for the season and came in the stoppage time.

Gaddafi FC’s stand in coach Abu Mubarak Wamboya has lauded his players for pushing for a leveller until the final minutes.

“I would like to appreciate my players for the fighting spirit that enabled us get a point from Arua Hill SC away from home.” Wamboya says.

“The players played as per the game plan and fought on until the final whistle. Indeed they executed the game plan so well.” He adds.

However, Gaddafi have now gone seven league games without registering any victory.

They are currently 8th on the Uganda Premier League table of 16 with 28 points from 24 games played.
