“Job only half done” Twinamatsiko warns Kigezi players after emphatic victory over Kitara

Kigezi Homeboyz head coach Mark Twinamatsiko the man at the helms of Kigezi HomeBoyz has called has warned his team to remain focused and finish off the job started in their 4-2 win over Premier league side Kitara FC.

Dickson Niwamanya scored 3 times and Rogers Tabule scored the other as Kigezi beat Kitara in the rescheduled round of 32 tie.

Zakayo Kizito and Edson Agondeze scored Kitara’s two goals of the game.

“My team is improving each day. We are not excited because it’s not over. We still have 90 minutes to play. We are focused on the next fixture.”

After leading Kitara to the top flight, Twinamatsiko was appointed at Kigezi HomeBoyz as the head coach with his assistant Lawrence Bakilanze.

Both teams will face off in the return leg on Sunday at Kabale Municipal Stadium.

The aggregate winner will play against UPL side BUL in a two legged tie of the round of 16.
