Kabonge set to be named Bukedea Town council coach

Big League side Bukedea Town Council is set to appoint Allan Kabonge Kivewala as their new head coach.

Kabonge resigned as Katwe United head coach last week after a goalless draw with MYDA FC in a big league game at Lugogo.

He is set to replace Anthony Sekitto who left the Bukedea role.

Kabonge has previously been part of the promotion to the Uganda Premier League for four clubs, Onduparaka, Masavu, Paidha Black Angels and Kyetume FC where he was assistant to Jackson Mayanja.

He is also the head coach at University of Kisubi (UNIK) in the ongoing Pepsi University Football League.

Bukedea Town Council are currently fourth placed in Elgon Group of the Big League with 14 points garnered in 11 games.

They will next visit Saviours FC on Thursday at Akii Bua Stadium.
