Allan Kayiwa scored the all important goal as Express FC ended BUL FC’s unbeaten run on Tuesday at the Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku.
This is the Red Eagles’ third victory of the current season.
Table leaders BUL suffered their first defeat of the season.
Kayiwa gave the Red Eagles an early lead with a sensational strike to send the home fans into delight.

Kayiwa has now scored four league goals this season.
Substitute Martin Aprem came close to levelling matters for the visitors moments after replacing Ivan Wani but his effort was saved by custodian Denis Otim.
In the second half, Daniel Shabene came close to doubling the hosts’ lead but his effort hit the post in the 58th minute.

James Odoch’s coached side held on to register a third victory of the season and now move up to 12 points they have garnered in six games and will next face off with struggling Busoga United.
BUL FC stay top of the Uganda Premier league log with 14 points accumulated in 7 games despite suffering their first defeat of the season. They will next host Busoga United on 23rd November.
