KCCA FC defender and vice captain Denis Iguma has been involved in a car accident as he was heading for training.
According to the club official Facebook page, the player was evacuated from the scene
“This morning, our player Denis Iguma had a car accident on his way to work. The player was evacuated from the scene and is currently being stabilized in hospital.” Read a statement from the club
Following the accident, Iguma will miss KCCA FC’s trip to Tooro United as they hope to cement second position this campaign.

The versatile player joined the Lugogo outfit during the 2020/21 season on a two year employment contract.
He has previously featured for SC Villa, SC Victoria University (now defunct) guiding the team to the top division and the Uganda Cup triumph. The defender also featured for Kazma SC in Kuwait.
