KCCA FC take over table leadership after win over Busoga United

Sadat Anaku scored the lone goal of the evening as KCCA FC registered their third straight win of the season to maintain a perfect start.

Anaku is trying to become a rampant scorer in this fixture having scored three goals from the same fixture in the first round last term.

The Kasasiro boys have subsequently assumed leadership of the league table with nine points garnered from three games.

Anaku had a late opportunity to double his goal tally on the evening after beating goalkeeper but defender Elvis Kibaale was well positioned to block the youngster’s short with just three minutes left to play.

The Lugogo based side has so far won their three outings this season, scored a total of 6 goals, conceded once and garnered 9 points.

They sit top of the log with Vipers SC in the second position on 6 points.

Busoga United remain on three points from the two games played so far this term.

The next fixture will see KCCA FC host Tooro United on Saturday 30th, October, 2021 while Busoga United will visit Wakiso Giants on the same date.
