KCCA midfielder ruled out of action for about 8 months

KCCA FC will be without midfielder Gift Ali Abubakar who has recently undergone a successful knee surgery.

The club confirmed that the former Police and Proline FC midfielder will be out of action for about 7-8 months.

Gift suffered a tear on his Anterior Cruciate Ligaments of the right leg during the 2-2 draw with Express on March 3rd.

Gift is known for a having an injury laden career.

He successfully underwent surgery on Friday 15th April and is undergoing recovery.

He joins defender Geoffrey Wasswa and Brian Kayanja as other KCCA players who have been ruled out of the season.
