KCCA FC new signing Emmanuel Alex Wasswa has had a successful surgery at Nsambya Hospital.
The midfielder ruptured his left anterior cruciate ligament during the club’s pre-season training at Lugogo.
“I have undergone a successful surgery on my knee and I am now undergoing recovery. I want to thank everyone that has given me the needed support during this period and I will come back stronger.”

Wasswa revealed to the club website.
The player is undergoing recovery from surgery and will undergo post operation physiotherapy after recovery.
Wasswa joined the 13 time Uganda Premier League champions in August this year on a three year employment contract from SC Villa.

He is a former Ndejje University player and featured for the Uganda National Beach Soccer team at the 2021 AFCON.
KCCA FC will begin their UPL campaign away to Wakiso Giants on 17th October.
