Kibuli SS overall UMEA Solidarity Games Champions

Kibuli SS emerged as the overall winners of the 8th edition of UMEA Solidarity Games that officially climaxed at Kawanda SS on Monday.

Kibuli scooped four Gold medals in Table Tennis in both Singles and Team Events for Boys and Girls.

Kawempe Muslim won a double in football after clinching both Boys and Girls titles.

Ngando SS successfully retained their Netball title after edging hosts Kawanda SS in a highly contested final that ended 25-20.

Mbogo High and Kibuli won Badminton Gold in the Girls and Boys categories respectively.

Kawanda SS Girls and Kakungulu Memorial High School Boys were the eventual winners in Handball.

Kinaawa High School Mugongo and Ubuntu Hill School won Volleyball in the Girls and Boys categories respectively.

Prince Kassim Nakibinge graced the climax of the games at Kawanda and handed over the overall champions trophy to Kibuli SS after four action packed days.

Tropical Bank, BIDCO and Nivana gave support to the event.
