Kira United rally past Free Stars in rescheduled Buganda Regional League fixture

Kira United rallied from behind to register a 2-1 victory against Free Stars in the Buganda Regional League rescheduled games as the two sides played their second games of the season.

Charles Napia Wamala scored a brace that ensured Kira United move away with maximum points leading his side to a second victory.

Eric Musasizi had scored first for Free Stars from a sweet volley.

Wamala is now having three goals having scored against Lugazi Municipal in the league opener

In another rescheduled game Lugazi Municipal humbled Lugazi FC to a 3-1 defeat in the Lugazi derby.

Dickens Achidri, Khalifan Sayid and Rashid Kabwana scored each for Lugazi Municipal FC.

The consolation goal for Lugazi Nabugabo FC was scored by Paul Ssemwogerere

Both team will also play their next games on 6th Lugazi Municipal FC visit Buikwe Red Stars in Buikwe and Lugazi Nabugabo will host Simba SC at St Andrew’s Lugazi
