The Masaza Cup Ethics and Disciplinary Committee has docked three points off Kyadondo Ssaza team for fielding ineligible player in their 2-0 victory over Kooki on 16th July at Gayaza.
Kooki petitioned to the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee after their defeat that Mavuma Shafik was ineligible to feature in the game since he has ever played in the FUFA Big League with Nyamityobora FC.
They also revealed that Hamza Sempa was not licensed as a Kyadondo player.
The Committee found out that it’s true Mavuma has ever played in the Big League with Nyamityobora and was on the match day sheet for Kyadondo before his name was crossed.

Mavuma had appeared on the team sheet and all that happened to cross his name was not done in an appropriate way.
The player has ever played for Nyamityobora in FUFA Big League and so Kooki have been awarded three points and three goals.
Meanwhile, Ssingo have lost their petition they filed to the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee over Bright Adoa.
Ssingo petitioned that Adoa was ineligible to feature in their goalless stalemate with Busujju on 16th July since he had received a red card in the previous campaign.
The Ethics and Disciplinary Committee led by Twaha Mukasa, however found out that in the rules that govern the competition, a player sent off only serves a suspension of one match not two as Ssingo claimed. This means Ssingo lose their petition over Busujju.
