Wakiso Giants head coach John Luyinda Ayala is confident ahead of their rescheduled fixture with Vipers SC on Tuesday at Wakissha.
The Purple Sharks have won three consecutive games a 2-1 home win against Blacks Power, the 1-0 victory at UPDF FC before their 2-1 win against URA FC
Luyinda says winning elates winning and his charges are more than ready to take on the reigning champions league champions who recorded their first league win against Maroons in a 3-0 victory on Friday last week at Kitende
“It’s a great opportunity that we are playing a team at the level of Vipers. The good thing is that winning elates winning, so the fact that we got our previous win against URA, I think it’s going to be a simple task against the champions.”

“They are a good side, they are the champions, they have quality in their team, a good technical team but we are ready for the encounter. My players are ready to show what they can do at a game of that magnitude.”
Luyinda’s side will be missing the trio of Ronald Madoi, Titus Ssematimba and Marvin Nyanzi currently with the Uganda Hippos team.
Frank Ssebuufu will also miss the contest due to injury.
In the Uganda Premier League, Wakiso are winless against Vipers in the six games they have played. The Kitende based side have won 4 and the two games have ended in stalemates.
