Days after Mbale Heroes (former Kiboga Young Football) failing to secure promotion to the Uganda Premier League, they have out to to advertise the role of the head coach.
An official statement has been released by the club dated 1st-November-2020
Following the departure of our head coach Mr. Charles Makumbi after his contract expired hereby invites suitable qualified candidates for the job of the Head coach at the club.
The Candidate must have:
1 . Hold a minimum of CAF C coaching license.
2.Have a minimum of 3 years coaching experience.
3.Be result oriented.
4.Have a good interpretational and man management skills.
5.Have a good intergrity and professional record.
6.Be willing and able to take up more training opportunities to enhance improve his coaching knowledge,skills and expertise.
7.Be a good mentor and leader.
The Head coach’s main role is to drive the club registering sporting success in line with his strategic plan.
