Gladys ZAWEDDE
Otti has signed a short contract that will keep him with the Ankole Lions until the end of the 2021/22 UPL season.
The defender previously played for Nangabo Green Valley a Buganda Regional League side before joining the Ankole Lions.
The announcement comes days after captain Hillary Mukundane officially confirming his departure from Mbarara City on his official social media platforms.

The Ankole Lions also managed to sign midfielder Charles Sempa and defender Najib Tusaba.
Mbarara City FC struggled for results in the first round managing to collect only 15 points from 15 games putting them in the 12th position.
They previously confirmed Sadick Ssempigi as the next head coach replacing Hussein Mbalangu. He willbe assisted by Godfrey Wasswa.
