FUFA Big League side Mbarara City have completed the signing of James Angu on a short term contract.
Angu joins the Ankole Lions from Uganda Premier League side Soltilo Bright Stars where he has been sidelined by injury.
Angu joins his former Bright Stars teammates Jamie Kisitu Nvule and Jungu Methodius who are at Mbarara City.
Consequently, Angu becomes the fifth signing for the Sadick Sempigi coached side.

Others are forwards Bronson Nsubuga and Brian Mayanja Mululi, defender Najib Tusaba Gwaido and goalkeeper Edrisa Kalembo.

Mbarara City are vying for promotion back to the topflight and are currently second on the FUFA Big League table with 30 points, one behind leaders Kitara FC.
The Ankole Lions will face SC Tawai on Saturday 4th February in the Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 64 in Dokolo.
