Micho advises on what Ugandans should do to succeed in football

Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin Sredojevic Micho has revealed the five aspects one should consider to succeed in football.

While on NBS TV program People and Power the Serbian tactician stated that his adjustability and readiness have helped him turn into a successful coach.

“In football, there are five aspects that you need to consider to help you find an edge and be successful. These aspects are theoretical awareness, extreme mental strength, physical fitness, technical effectiveness, tactical competitiveness and most importantly self motivation.”

On what has helped him succeed

“Most coaches shine for one season and disappear. What has helped me succeed is my adjustability and my readiness to acclimatize.”

He added that being listed among the highest paid coaches in Africa is glamorous to him

“I have been to nine countries and worked with six major clubs and three national teams. I was also listed as one of the highest paid coaches in Africa and that in its self is pretty glamorous.” Said Micho

Micho also stated that former Manchester United skipper Nemanja Vidic is the biggest stamp on his coaching career.
