Micho names final 25 man Cranes squad for CHAN



Cranes head coach Micho Sredejovic has announced a group of 25 players that will fly out for a training camp in Tunisia to continue preparing for the Championship of African nations (CHAN) die for early next month in Algeria.

While in Sousse Tunisia, they play in three practice matches.

In form Wakiso Giants attacker Ibrahim Kasule Owen is one of the surprise omissions, however teammates Moses Aliro, Titus Sematimba and Frank Sebuufu make the grade in a Vipers dominated group.

Vipers striker Milton Karisa, Soltilo Bright Stars’ Nelson Senkatuka and KCCA’s Moses Waiswa are the most experienced members of the having taken part in atleast one editions of the competition.

Uganda are in group B alongside Congo DRC, Senegal and Ivory coast.

Of the twenty five 25 players travelling to Tunisia for the final buildups, only twenty three 23 players will be selected for the final squad for the TotalEnergies CHAN

The 23 players must be submitted 10 days before the start of the first matches
