NEC FC add Allan Mugalu to their armoury

Uganda Premier League newbies have confirmed the signing of midfielder Allan Mugalu as their latest signing.

As earlier reported, Mugalu joins NEC FC after the expiration of their employment contract with Arua Hill.

Mugalu signed a two year contract with the Hussein Mbalangu coached side to end his three year spell with the Kongolos.

The offensive midfielder previously featured for Katooke United and Doves All Stars which later changed to Arua Hill SC.

He becomes the club’s third signing after striker Isaac Balyejusa who was signed from Luweero United and defender Ronald Ogenga Owiny from Calvary.

Balyejusa, formerly at Kajjansi United, scored 14 goals for Luweero United in last season.

NEC FC have also confirmed the return of Sharif Lubega who was on loan at Kampala Regional League side Black Star FC.
