He is one of the many new players expected at Arua Hill since the club will offload about 14 players from the squad that guided them to topflight promotion.
The Arua based club is expected to name Livingstone Mbabazi as their new coach in their debut UPL season.
Kyetume FC striker Yusuf Ssaka and former Express captain David Ndihabwe (from Maroons) have already joined Arua Hill.
