Kitara FC have completed the signing of towering defender Benjamin Nyakoojo on a year long contract.

Nyakoojo has been a free agent after leaving URA FC at the start of the month following a contract termination on mutual consent.

Nyakoojo spent five solid years at URA FC having joined them at the start of the 2018/19 season.

He is a former St. Mary’s Kitende player who also featured Vipers SC as well as Masavu FC and Entebbe FC.

He becomes the umpteenth signing of the new league entrants who have arguably been the busiest side in the current primary transfer window.

The Brian Ssenyondo coached side has previously unveiled Dennis Omedi, Jude Semugabi, Frank Zaga Tumwesigye, Kipper Luwalo Shafik Magogo, Ibrahim Magandazi, Sabir Yassin, Samson Kasozi and Chris Kusiima.

The club is expected to unveil Kabon Living and Brian Aheebwa among others.
