Simon Peter Oketch scored a late penalty to salvage a point on the road for BUL FC.
Karim Ndugwa put BUL in the lead in the 16th minute by tapping in Oketch’s well delivered cross. It was his first goal for the oil manufacturers.
The game was put to level by Samuel Ssekamatte Kayongo in the 27th minute who scored from a direct free kick.
One minute to the break, Gadaffi Wahab put Arua Hill in the lead for first time on the evening.

With three minutes to full-time, Arua Hill SC surrendered their lead when captain Rashid Toha fouled Karim Ndugwa in the forbidden.
The resultant penalty was well taken by Oketch and it ultimately sealed a valuable point for Alex Isabirye’s men.

BUL FC consolidate fourth with 30 points from the same number of games.
Isabirye now shifts focus on the Uganda Cup where they will visit Busoga United at the round of 32 on 25th-February at Kakindu Stadium in Jinja.
