Uganda Cranes forward Emmanuel Arnold Okwi is set to return to his former club Simba FC, Swift Sports understands.
The development comes hours after the former SC Villa player mutually agreed to terminate his employment contract with Egyptian Premier League side Alexandria Al Ittihad.
Okwi joined the Egyptian outfit in August last year on a two year contract and made 14 league appearances, scoring only two goals and one assist.

He has been in Uganda since the lockdown and never returned to Egypt even when the Egyptian League resumed
Sources also indicate that the players has also received offers in Saudi Arabia.
Okwi who scored two goals at the 2019 AFCON finals in Egypt has 78 National team caps with 26 goals.

He has previously played at SC Villa, Simba, Etoile du Sahel, Young Africans and Sonderjyske in Denmark.
