Peter Onen returns to the dug out as debutants Blacks Power FC face off with BUL FC in their first game of the season at Aki Bua Stadium in Lira.

It will be a daunting task against a side that beat Vipers SC to win the Uganda cup and have gained massive experience having featured in the CAF confederation cup.

“We are facing a side that has it all, they are defending champions of the Uganda Cup and have played so many games including continental engagements but we are more than ready for them and good to go.”

The former national U-17 head coach targets topflight status protection as a major aim for his side.

“I will not promise the fans so much since it is the our debut season but our major target is staying in the top flight”.

BUL FC previously finished second in the Amhara Bank Tana Cup in Ethiopia were they lost 2-1 to Wolkite City FC.
