Police FC defender reunites with Abdallah Mubiru in Tanzania

Defender Hassan Muhamood has joined Tanzanian Premier League side Mbeya City Swift Sports can reliably confirm.

He reunites with former head coach Abdallah Mubiru at the new side and has been awarded a contract of two years.

Muhamood has in the past played for Express Football Club, Onduparaka FC and recently Police FC.

Mubiru was appointed Mbeya City head coach in July replacing fellow country man Matia Lule.

Joseph Kiwanuka is another Ugandan working with Mbeya City in the capacity of assistant coach.

Mbeya City host their games at Sokoine Stadium and they are ninth on the Tanzanian Premier League table with four points from four games.

Muhamood’s first assignment will be on 2nd-October against Mtibwa Sugar away
