Fast rising star Hellena Birungi proved to fans that she’s in another class as she rode her way to success at the just concluded MX championship that was held in Kasanje race track over on Independence day.
The rider, competing in MX 50 CC Juniors won all the three hits and put up an excellent performance.
In an interview with Swift Sports Uganda, the rider attributed her good performance to enough practice sessions.
“I have been practicing on this track and this has given me the confidence to win. I am now focusing on the last round slated for next month and the MX CAC due in December this year.” Said Birungi.

The performance enabled her to walk away with another trophy in the 50 CC ladies category respectively.
With the last round around the corner(November 6 2022), Hellena who rides KTM CC Model 2022 is sponsored by Encounter Africa Safaris cannot wait to clinch the coveted title.
Her father Edison Birungi is upbeat that the rider who studies at Rainbow International School will also represent the country in MX CAC due 4th December 2022 in Nairobi Kenya.
