Ronald Orombi commits future to Maroons FC

Maroons FC have handed a two year contract extension to central midfielder Ronald Orombi.

The new contract will see Orombi turning up for the Prisons Warders until August 2024.

Orombi joined Maroons FC after his promotion to the senior team in 2015 from the academy side.

He also had a brief stint at Tooro United before returning to Maroons FC.

Emmanuel Akol, Godwin Kitagenda, Felix Okot, Ceaser Olega, Abraham Tusubira and Solomon Walusimbi are other players who signed contract extensions of two years.

Maroons is the busiest club in the transfer window having signed nine players so far.

The club already unveiled Brian Nkuubi, David Ndihabwe, Jacob Okao, Umar Kyebatala, Lawrence Tezikya, Isaac Mpagi, Samson Kigozi, Noel Nasasira and Arafat Kakonge.

This website understands they have also signed goalkeeper Simon Tamale alongside Sula Mpanga.
