Ronnie Santos points fingers on who is letting Bobosi Byaruhanga down

Uganda’s football agent Fred Ronald Niwagira Mwine alias Ronnie Santos believes the management of former Vipers midfielder Bobosi Byaruhanga is letting him down.

“We need to improve look at U20 Ghana team that beat us in the final, they have two players heading to the World cup and where are our players who lost the final including last season’s MVP Bobosi Byaruhanga. I am not seeing he is a bad player but his management is letting him down, if you call him he will say I have a club but it is not known.” Said Santos during an interview with NBS TV Sport

The Ugandan football agent took a dig at fellow agents who own like 20 players and have never travelled that much.

“You find an agent having like twenty players and the far he has travelled is Busia, so where do you expect that agent to take the player is signing with. The mistake the players do is taking money as a priority and that’s why you always see them coming back. Some player believe playing football they are giving us a favour as managers, coaches and the team and yet it is a big industry.”

Santos believes that there is need for deliberate education for players and coaches when it comes to talent management.
