Uganda Cranes skipper Emmanuel Okwi has scored twice as Kiyovu Sports Club beat Gicumbi FC 6-0 in a Rwanda Primus League game played on Sunday as Kigali Stadium.
Okwi opened up the scores in the 23rd minute and closed the scoring spree in a sublime style in the 92nd minute.
Striker Bienvenue Mugenzi scored a hat trick while Burundian Abedi Bigirimana scored the other goal.
Okwi has now scored three goals in the Rwanda Primus League having previously netted once in the 2-0 victory over Rayon Sports in the first round.

Okwi’s compatriot and teammate Muzamir Mutyaba also featured for the winning side.
The comprehensive victory took Kiyovu to 41 points, level with log leaders APR FC who drew 0-0 with Rayon Sports on Saturday.
The two sides are currently separated by goal difference with APR leading courtesy of a superior difference.

Kiyovu will return to action on Saturday 5th March as they visit Ben Ocen’s Musanze FC.
