Uganda Premier league record champions SC Villa have agreed terms with Gaddafi FC midfieder Elvis Ngonde.
Ngonde is expected to put pen to paper on a three year employment contract at SC Villa.
The move will see him reunite with his former teammate at St.Mary’s Kitende, Charles Lwanga alias Neymar who returned to SC Villa in this transfer window.
Ngonde and Lwanga were both instrumental as Kitende clinched their 10th National schools’ title last year in Arua beating St.Andrew Kaggwa Gombe High in the final. Both players were on the score sheet.

Ngonde is also a former player at Uganda Premier league side Busoga United.
Simon Mukisa, Abasi Kyeyune, Peter Onzima, Charles Batibwe, Denis Ojara, Diego Ssemugera are the other new recruits at SC Villa.
Under the stewardship of Serbian tactician Dusan Stojanovic, SC Villa will begin their league campaign on 15th September against newly promoted Kitara FC at Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku.
