SC VILLA vs SOLTILO BRIGHT STARS: The Jogoos target to end five game winless streak

Edwardo Kaziba and his men will aim to end a 5 match winless streak when they host an inform Bright stars side.

Previous form points to a Villa win having beaten Bright Stars 3 times in their previous 5 meetings. The visitors have not won any, with the other 2 meetings ending in stalemates.

Bright Stars on the other hand are in fine form in the league, after winning 5 of their 6 matches.

They however lost to Police in the Uganda Cup with an aggregate of 4-2 .

Young pacy winger Goffin Oyirwoth suffered a knock in the Uganda cup match against Onduparaka and he will miss this encounter.

Francis Olaki has also not trained with the team since Wednesday.

Villa coach Edward Kaziba has emphasised the importance of this match as it will see Villa leapfrog Bright Stars to 6th place .

” We have prepared well, we have enough time for recovery and battery rebuilding. We need to win this match, Bright stars are ahead of us and we need to overtake them”.

Bright Stars won’t have Alfred Onek who was granted a compassionate leave to mourn the death of his child.
