The organisers of the monthly Pilsner awards have released the nominees for player and coach of the month of April.
Soltilo Bright Stars forward Samuel Kayongo Ssekamatte and Police FC striker Ben Ocen will battle for the player of the month accolade.
Ssekamatte scored six league goal in six matches he featured for his side during the previous month.

Ocen on the other hand netted five league goals for the cops in the month of April.
For coach of the month, Vipers SC tactician Fred Kajoba will lock horns with Bright Stars’ Baker Mbowa.
Kajoba’s side managed to collect 13 points from the possible 18 during the month of April. He won four, drew one and lost once in the six league games, Vipers played during the month of April.

Mbowa guided his side to five wins and one draw in the six league games, they played. Bright Stars garnered 16 points from the possible 18 in April.
The winners will be officially awarded on Monday, 10th April at Kati Kati Restaurant in Lugogo.
